The door-to-door service is, therefore, a form of delivery in which the freight forwarder is responsible for collecting and delivering the goods at agreed points with the final customer.

- Customs clearance at origin
- Maritime / Air Freight and Surcharges
- Management costs and submission of documentation
- Customs clearance at destination, excluding customs duties and taxes
- Local and cargo handling expenses at the destination, in Port / Airport
- Ground transportation costs at the destination, from Port / Airport to final customer warehouse
